Introduction

Well here we go into the blogging world. This is all very new to me so I hope it comes out well.


We are a family of three: Noel, Jackie and Evan. Noel is currently working as a CMM programmer (don't ask me what that is :-). He enjoys doing any outdoor sports including, hiking, skiing, rock climbing, disc golf, biking, and his newest sport is sailing which he really loves. Thanks in part to our neighbor, he has also recently taken up photography and is becoming quite good at it.


Jackie is currently a stay-at-home mom which she is loving. She has a degree in elementary education and spent the last 3 years substitute teaching. Finally, she realized that her family is more important and decided to stay at home to take care of Evan. It has been a lot of fun watching Evan grow and learn and now she gets to spend more time with her friends and their children. Jackie's hobbies include reading, going for walks (now that the weather is nicer), and just this year has started playing the violin, thanks to her wonderful husband who gave her one for Christmas.


Evan is 22 months old and is growing like a weed. He is talking up a storm and can say 3-5 word sentences like 'passy, get it mommy', or 'daddy car go vroom vroom'. He loves his friend next door (Evie) and is always talking about her and singing songs with her name in them. He recently went on his first plane trip with mom and his first camping trip with dad and he did awesome on both.
