Wow, We are so proud of Evan, he took his first swim lessons this summer and did great. He was only one skill away from moving up to level 3!!! Today we decided to go to the pool since it was so stinkin hot and humid. Evan was practicing his swimming with me and then when rest period came he said he wanted to take his swim test. He had never swam the whole distance before, so we were a little unsure how he'd do. He got in the pool and put his head down and swam the whole width of the pool!!! He passed his swim test and can now go down the slide or off the diving board whenever he wants. This has been his goal all summer and he accomplished it!! We are SO proud of him!! He is loving the slide (Not as sure about the diving board, but that will come soon I'm sure)!!!! GREAT job Evan!
